Review: Evan Williams Bottled-In-Bond. February 14, 2022 September 18, 2022. Distillery: Heaven Hill. Type & Region: Bourbon, Kentucky, USA. Alcohol: 50%. Composition: 78% corn, 10% rye and 12% malted barley. Aged: At least 4 years old per bottled in bond rules. Price: $15-20 MSRP (750mL), also comes in 1L.. Score: 5.5/10. I figured coming into this review that Evan Williams Bottled in Bond wasn’t going to catch me off guard with amazing levels of complexity or flavors. Sure enough, what I found was a no-nonsense bottle that delivered an amped-up experience from the regular Evan Williams Small Batch 1783 bottle. There are some tradeoffs though.
